Pamela Miller, O.D., F.A.A.O., J.D.

Dr. Pam Miller, O.D., F.A.A.O., J.D., earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry and English from the University of Redlands (1969), and her B.S. (1972) and O.D. (1973) degrees from the Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Miller then went on to receive her J.D. (law) degree from the Loma Linda College of Law in 1983.
Dr. Miller has served on the California Optometric Association Board of Trustees, the California State Board of Optometry, the 12th District Board of Medical Quality Assurance, and the IAB Oversight Committee to the National Board.
Dr. Miller has been a member of the American Optometric Association for over 40 years, was a Charter Member of the AOA Contact Lens Section, has been a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry since 1982, is a Distinguished Practitioner in the National Academies of Practice, and is the President of the American Optometric Society. She has published 3 books and is a contributor to 4 others and has served on numerous optometric editorial boards. She lectures and publishes extensively, and has a private solo practice in Highland, CA.
